March 25–28, 2025
From March 25 to 28, 2025, we teamed up with Casa Diaz, one of Mexico’s most respected print distributors, to host a multi-day Open House aimed at advancing the country’s garment decoration industry. Held at Casa Diaz’s central showroom, the event attracted printers, entrepreneurs, and manufacturers from across Latin America looking to scale their operations and upgrade their technology.
The Open House served as an immersive experience featuring live printing demonstrations, technical workshops, and business consultations. Attendees explored a wide range of solutions from manual screen setups to advanced automated presses, digital hybrid models, flash curing systems, and consumables engineered for Latin American production needs. Our team focused on showcasing how DCC solutions help strike the perfect balance between quality, efficiency, and scalability in a competitive market.
The success of the Casa Diaz Open House highlighted the region’s increasing appetite for premium, future-ready printing infrastructure. With record footfall, robust engagement, and new relationships forged, the event reinforced our commitment to empowering Latin American print professionals with global technology and local expertise. It marked a strong chapter in our long-standing partnership with Casa Diaz and in DCC’s journey across the Americas.
February 21, 2025
On February 21, 2025, we partnered with Sparkle Inc. to host a specialized Open House in Kanagawa City, Japan, a hub of innovation and precision manufacturing. The event was a celebration of cutting-edge print technology in action, bringing together local print businesses, designers, and industry decision-makers. It was designed to offer hands-on insights into next-generation screen and digital printing systems, curated for Japan’s high-quality production expectations.
The highlight of the event was the live demonstration of Copperhead Rival and Red Pepper Flash Cure systems in a real production environment. Sparkle Inc., known for its excellence in high-detail textile printing, shared how these solutions had transformed their workflow improving registration accuracy, increasing output speed, and enhancing consistency. Visitors were particularly drawn to the energy-efficient flash cure setup, smart automation features, and intuitive interface that required minimal operator intervention.
What truly set this open house apart was the deep technical exchange between attendees and our experts. Discussions covered everything from ink behavior in Japan’s climate to ergonomic machine design for compact workshops. The event underscored the shared commitment between DCC and Sparkle to push the limits of print innovation brighter, smarter, and built for what’s next.
April 2022
April 2022 marked a key step forward in strengthening technical excellence across our dealer network with a hands-on training program conducted in Bergamo, Italy. Designed specifically for technical teams and service personnel, this event focused on deepening product knowledge and elevating service capabilities for better customer support in the field.
Participants received in-depth training across key machine platforms, including diagnostic techniques, preventive maintenance protocols, and component-level troubleshooting. With a focus on real-world scenarios, our technical experts led simulations and live demonstrations, ensuring that attendees could confidently handle both standard operations and complex challenges. The curriculum was developed to increase first-time fix rates and reduce downtime for end customers.
The program also highlighted our service philosophy — that proactive, empowered support teams lead to happier, more loyal customers. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, citing improved clarity, confidence, and problem-solving ability. The training reinforced our promise: to equip our partners with more than machines — to give them the knowledge and tools that drive success.
November 2021
In November 2021, we hosted a milestone Dealer Conference in the picturesque city of Bergamo, Italy. This event served as a strategic gathering point for our key international dealers, bringing together decades of industry experience, local insights, and shared ambitions. The primary objective was to align our partners with our long-term business vision while celebrating the success stories that have shaped our journey together.
The conference featured exclusive previews of upcoming technologies, collaborative workshops, and open dialogue sessions with our leadership team. We emphasized transparency, innovation, and mutual growth — principles that underpin our approach to building strong and sustainable dealer relationships. Interactive presentations and breakout discussions helped address region-specific needs and opportunities.
Beyond the business agenda, the event created space for personal connections and informal networking. Attendees enjoyed curated local experiences, cultural dinners, and team-building activities that helped forge deeper partnerships. The Bergamo Dealer Conference was more than just a meeting — it was a commitment to a shared future powered by trust, innovation, and ambition.
May 31–June 3, 2022
FESPA 2022 in Berlin was a landmark moment as the global print community reunited in full strength after a prolonged pause. Held at Messe Berlin, this flagship event featured over 350 exhibitors from across the world, showcasing innovations in screen, textile, wide-format, and digital printing. We were proud to be among them, presenting future-ready print technology designed to address both evolving market needs and environmental responsibilities.
Our booth attracted diverse audiences, from print shop owners and designers to large-format production houses and textile manufacturers. Live demonstrations highlighted the power of automation, speed, and intuitive design in our machines. The feedback validated our focus on modular, scalable solutions that help print businesses grow with confidence and flexibility.
Beyond the show floor, the event was an incubator for ideas. We engaged in sustainability panels and print-tech workshops, where discussions centered around carbon neutrality, efficient resource use, and circular economies. FESPA Berlin was not just about showcasing products — it was about driving the industry forward through collaboration, purpose, and innovation.
In August 2022, we returned to Bergamo for a second edition of our Dealer Technical Training — this time with an even greater focus on service excellence and hands-on mastery. Designed as a multi-day intensive, the program brought together technical staff from multiple regions to advance their knowledge of our latest product lines and service procedures.
Training modules covered installation best practices, software diagnostics, calibration techniques, and real-time problem-solving. Attendees worked directly with our senior engineers on simulated breakdowns and advanced repair procedures, gaining skills that would dramatically reduce machine downtime in their local markets. Special focus was placed on new models introduced earlier that year, preparing dealers to confidently handle launches and demos.
By building a stronger knowledge foundation at the dealer level, we empower our global partners to provide faster, smarter service — a key differentiator in today’s competitive market. The training also fostered camaraderie among technicians, creating a valuable peer network for knowledge exchange. It was another strong step in reinforcing our global support infrastructure.
