Sun Light 4656

Precision Exposure for Perfect Prints

The Sun Light 4656 is installed with a high quality metal halide lamp coupled with mirror finish reflector which delivers faster exposure and increases light efficiency – best suited for dual cure and photopolymer emulsions, It is the best system to reproduce fine details; it is also best suited for all modern photopolymer emulsions, capillary films and even thick films exposing.

A digital light integrator provided in the Sun Lite ensures perfect exposure with consistency and repetition accuracy. The light integrator is incorporated with a sensor to make sure there is no failure of screen exposure due to over/under exposure owing to any power fluctuation. Moreover, the light integrator automatically compensates the exposure time as the lamp ages.

Highly stretchable good quality vacuum rubber blanket makes perfect contact between fabric and positives for quality reproduction and delivers finer reproduction details and produces sharp edges. Moreover, vacuum blanket along with two gas cylinder allows placing the screen frame on transparent glass comfortably.

M&R - Uni Kote

automatic screen coating machine

Uni-Kote provides a reliable, low-cost option for automating screen coating. The computerized control center, conveniently mounted at the side of the screen coating machine, makes programming simple. Uni-Kote’s front and rear screen coaters can apply emulsion in tandem or independently, allowing operators to coat each side of the screen separately, both sides simultaneously, or just one side. M&R’s Job Recall™ allows users to save up to five screen coating jobs for added convenience and quick changeover.

  • Front and rear screen coaters can operate in tandem or independently
  • Heavy-duty frame provides excellent stability during automatic screen coating
  • Maximum screen frame size of 79 x 109 x 4.5 cm (31” x 43” x 1.75”) or 147 x 132 x 4.5 cm (58” x 52” x 1.75”)

M&R, Eco-Tex

Automatic screen clean & reclaiming system

M&R’s Eco-Tex automates and simplifies the entire screen-cleaning process, and it handles screen frames up to 132 x 97 cm (52” x 38”). In the process, Eco-Tex reduces environmental impact and lowers operating costs by recirculating screen-cleaning chemicals. Users have the option of leaving the emulsion intact while removing ink, or of completely stripping ink, emulsion, and other residue from screens. Once the screens have been cleaned, Eco-Tex rinses them with a high-pressure fresh-water power wash.

  • Automates and simplifies one of the least-desirable aspects of the screen printing process
  • Recirculates rinse water to reduce environmental impact and lower operating costs
  • Stainless-steel construction ensures long life and minimal maintenance
Air @ 6 bar (87 psi) 850 l/min (30 cfm)

M&R - NEWTON

screen high-tension stretching system

M&R’s economical pneumatic screen stretcher delivers high-tension stretching on virtually any mesh/frame combination.

  • Warp and weft are independently tensioned and controlled
  • Air cylinders compensate for variations in mesh elasticity
  • PVC-coated locking bars grip tightly without tearing mesh

M&R - Eco Rinse system

Automatic screen rinsing system

M&R’s Eco-Rinse automates the tedious process of rinsing exposed screens while ensuring consistency and reducing the chance of unintentionally blowing out exposed images. Manually-processed screens often require follow-up rinsing because of incomplete or inadequate processing due to operator fatigue, boredom, or inadequate training. Processing can also vary from one operator to the next. Those problems are eliminated with the consistent screen rinsing available with the Eco-Rinse automatic screen rinsing system.

  • Automates and simplifies one of the least-desirable aspects of the screen printing process
  • Recirculates rinse water to reduce environmental impact and lower operating costs
  • Eco-Rinse processes screens quickly, cutting per-screen labor costs by up to half
