M&R Global DCC's Copperhead Intel OS automatic oval screen printing press combines high volume throughput, and durable construction with the latest features in oval press design. The press comes standard with electronic printheads, pneumatic frame locks, independent controls for print & flood speeds, and the full suite of smart automatic programs that work in either clockwise or counter-clockwise printing configurations.
Intel OS comes in a standard Print/Flash/Print (PFP) configuration that is one of the most popular choices preferred by printers around the world. The Copperhead Intel OS is modifiable up to 40 Stations configurations to accomodate different printing & flashing needs. A high-quality, smooth-operating servo-drive indexer provides fast indexing, making Intel OS ideal for cut-piece and all-over print garments. The indexing system includes a very unique auto-tensioning feature to minimize the wear on chain.
Introducing our Smart Lube Technology - a revolutionary feature in the Intel OS that automatically lubricates press components, ensuring longevity and optimal performance. The integrated HMI keeps operators informed of oil levels, streamlining maintenance and reducing downtime. Each Intel OS printhead utilizes the patented squeegee pressure equalizer system which maintains a uniform squeegee pressure across the entire print area to minimize printing pressure, maintain image detail, and avoid ink deposit variation. All standard Intel OS pallets are solid, lightweight aluminum with rubber coating to better manage heat during flashing. The Copperhead Intel OS oval is assembled with the highest quality, globally sourced components and manufactured for consistency and durability.
