M&R Global's Copperhead Intel automatic oval screen printing press combines high volume throughput, and durable construction with the latest features in oval press design. The Intel comes standard with electronic printheads, pneumatic frame locks, independent controls for print & flood speeds, and the full suite of automatic programming that work in either clockwise or counter-clockwise printing configurations.

Intel comes in a standard Print/Flash/Print (PFP) configuration that is one of the most popular choices preferred by printers around the world. The Copperhead Intel is modifiable up to 64 station configurations to accommodate different printing and flashing needs and the indexing system includes an auto-tensioning feature on the chain to minimize wear.

Each Intel printhead utilizes the patented squeegee pressure equalizer system which maintains a uniform squeegee pressure across the entire print area to minimize printing pressure, maintain image detail, and avoid ink deposit variation. All standard Intel pallets are solid, lightweight aluminum with rubber coating to better manage heat during flashing.
