M&R Global DCC's Copperhead Infinity automatic oval screen printing press combines high volume throughput, and durable construction with the latest features in oval press design. The press comes standard with electronic printheads, pneumatic frame locks, independent controls for print & flood speeds, and the full suite of smart automatic programs that work in either clockwise or counter-clockwise printing configurations.

Infinity comes in a flexible configuration where printheads can be placed at any position making it very convenient for printers to setup the press for different styles of printing techniques. The Copperhead Infinity is modifiable up to 40 Stations configurations to accomodate different printing & flashing needs. A high-quality, smooth-operating servo-drive indexer provides fast indexing, making Infinity ideal for cut-piece and all-over print garments. The indexing system includes a very unique auto-tensioning feature to minimize the wear on chain.

Each Infinity printhead utilizes the patented squeegee pressure equalizer system which maintains a uniform squeegee pressure across the entire print area to minimize printing pressure, maintain image detail, and avoid ink deposit variation. All standard Infinity pallets are solid, lightweight aluminum with rubber coating to better manage heat during flashing. The Copperhead Infinity oval is assembled with the highest quality, globally sourced components and manufactured for consistency and durability.
