M&R Global's Copperhead Icon automatic oval screen printing press FEATURES combines high volume throughput, and durable construction with the latest features in oval press design. The Icon comes standard with electronic printheads, pneumatic frame locks, independent controls for print & flood speeds, and the full suite of automatic programming that work in either clockwise or counter-clockwise printing configurations.

Icon comes in a standard Print/Flash/Cool (PFC) configuration that is one of the most popular choices preferred by printers around the world. The Copperhead Icon is modifiable up to 62 station configurations to accommodate different printing and flashing needs and the indexing system includes an auto-tensioning feature on the chain to minimize wear.

Each Icon printhead utilizes the patented squeegee pressure equalizer system which maintains a uniform squeegee pressure across the entire print area to minimize printing pressure, maintain image detail, and avoid ink deposit variation. All standard Icon pallets are solid, lightweight aluminum with rubber coating to better manage heat during flashing.
