Dealer Technical Training – Bergamo, Italy
April 2022 marked a key step forward in strengthening technical excellence across our dealer network with a hands-on training program conducted in Bergamo, Italy. Designed specifically for technical teams and service personnel, this event focused on deepening product knowledge and elevating service capabilities for better customer support in the field.
Participants received in-depth training across key machine platforms, including diagnostic techniques, preventive maintenance protocols, and component-level troubleshooting. With a focus on real-world scenarios, our technical experts led simulations and live demonstrations, ensuring that attendees could confidently handle both standard operations and complex challenges.
